Whether you’re a total beginner or already surfing but looking to improve your technique, we’ll guide you step by step.

Our approach

Our holistic surf coaching is supportive, personal, and fun. You’ll be learning in a safe space where you can grow your skills.

Feeling anxious? We’ll guide you through practical surf techniques while using pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve.

Through simple (yet powerful) practices like breathing and gentle stretches, you’ll learn to relax, enjoy the ocean, and work on your overall well-being.

Jessica fell in love with surfing at the age of 26 in Morocco (16 years ago!). That experience completely changed her life. After graduating with a degree in Political Science, she quickly realized that a desk job alone didn’t make her happy, so she became a surf instructor and yoga teacher as well. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali in 2014 and has since taught in Holland, Sri Lanka, Nicaragua, and Indonesia. She speaks Dutch, English, and Spanish.

"I used to struggle with panic attacks from the age of 15 to 30. A few of these attacks even happened while surfing, and for a long time, my anxiety held me back. I wanted to surf bigger waves, but my body just wouldn’t cooperate. Everything changed when I did my yoga teacher training and discovered breathing exercises that helped me stay calm. Gradually, I was able to push myself (gently) into bigger waves, and from that moment, my confidence began to grow."
