Yoga played a big role in overcoming the panic attacks that I had from age 15 to 30. Now, at 42, yoga still supports my overall health. It helps me stay calm, especially during stressful times. I love sharing that sense of peace! I've been traveling, teaching yoga, and chasing waves for the past decade, and I love spending part of the year in Galicia. I speak Dutch, English, and Spanish.
